Roller  mixer operates by rotating the rollers and cylindrical sample containers in opposite directions, 

enabling continuous mixing of liquids, solids, or solid-liquid mixtures inside the containers.

 Compared to other types of mixers, it simplifies sample handling and can accommodate a variety of cylindrical containers 

on the working surface without the need for additional adapters or accessories. 

Applications: 

1. Suitable for mixing solids, solid-liquid mixtures, or highly viscous liquids in industrial settings.

 2. New Energy: Commonly used for mixing battery active materials and additives to prepare slurries for battery cathode or anode materials. 

3. Chemical Applications: Mixing viscous liquids of different components; blending various solids; combining solids and liquids, etc. 

Design Features: 

1. The rollers are asymmetrically arranged, allowing more flexible placement of bottles with different diameters 

and increasing the number of containers that can be accommodated per unit area.

 2. The standard rotation speed of the mixer ranges from 5 to 80 rpm. Custom speeds are available, with a maximum speed of 300 rpm.

 3. The mixer is digitally controlled and features an LED digital display. 

4. Equipped with a timer that can be set for up to 9 hours and 59 minutes. It supports forward and reverse rotation with timed direction changes to enhance mixing efficiency.

 5. Optional baffles are available to prevent sample bottles from sliding during experiments. 

6. In case of overload, the mixer emits a "BIB" sound and displays "ERR" on the screen.
