and serves as a core auxiliary device in molecular biology, clinical diagnostics, and chemical experiments.

A constant temperature metal bath is primarily used for the incubation, heating, or cooling of samples

and serves as a core auxiliary device in molecular biology, clinical diagnostics, and chemical experiments.

Its specific applications can be categorized as follows:

· Molecular biology experiments: Such as sample pre-processing before DNA amplification (PCR),

temperature control for enzymatic reactions (e.g., restriction enzyme digestion),

and maintaining temperature for nucleic acid hybridization experiments.

· Clinical diagnostics: Used for constant temperature reactions of serum and plasma samples,

such as incubation steps in coagulation tests and immunoturbidimetric assays, as well as temperature control for rapid test strip reactions.

· Routine chemical and biochemical experiments: Including protein denaturation experiments,

sample concentration (when used with centrifuge tubes), providing constant temperature conditions for chemical reactions, and thawing frozen samples.
